Believe it or not, I was asked to make a birthday cake that looked like a grave...i had no idea what i was going to do at first. It was around Halloween,so i went to the local dollar stores trying to find ideas... That's when i ran up on the pumpkin, rat and tombstone(which is originally supposed to be a yard decoration). Then i got some cookies and crumbled them up to make dirt for the grave!!

This cake was made for a sports themed party! In order to make the balls look 3D, I used rice cereal treats to form the football, extra cake to make the soccer ball and basket ball, and fondant to make the baseball and baseball bat.

I was called one day and was asked to make a cake for a Handy Manny party. 1st of all, I had absolutely no idea who or what "Handy Manny" was. So shortly after i was called, I started doing some research to find out who this "Handy Manny" was. I soon found out that "Handy Manny" is a cartoon for kids!! He's a little construction worker... so that got me to thinking... "What could i do?"...It finally HIT me!! I could make a tool box!!! This cake was for a 1 year old so i decided to make a tool box smash cake!! I got the play tools from a local dollar store. This was a very challenging cake, but it turned out cute....in my opinion.

This is a very special cake for my family! My 15 year old daughter, Beth, lost her best friend, Madison, in a vehicle accident 2 years ago. I made this cake for Madison's family on the year anniversary of her death. She was an absolute blessing in mine and my family's life. She was a BIG Auburn fan, which is why the angel on the cake is dressed in blue and orange. She was an angel to all of us and she will always be remembered!!

This inspiration came from the "Wilton Yearbook". I made it for my daughter's sister. The theme of the baby shower was Ducks. I got the small duck cupcake picks from online and i bought the 3D duck pan. It was around Easter time, so i used easter basket grass to make it look like water around the duck. This is one of my favorite cakes!
